Jarlath Duffy is an Independent Consultant in the area of Organisation and Management Development.
He works with a variety of private and public organisations.
His professional working life started 20 years ago as a university lecturer in the business fields of economics and accountancy, since then he has worked as an accountant and tax consultant, a real estate agent , while also holding senior management positions in a publishing organisation a chamber of commerce and a social services organisation.
Ten years ago he made the transition to being self-employed as a Training and Organisational Development Consultant.
One of his unique selling points is a combination of a deep understanding of the personal and organisational issues which impact on individual and group performance.
He is equipped to work with individuals and groups in helping them analyse, explore and resolve challenging issues facing them.
With over ten years experience of working as a Consultant, he has developed a loyal client list in the area of the professional services such as accountancy, law, architecture and engineering and the Public and Civil Services .
