About 60% of my work is in Management and Leadership Training; whilst the remainder is consulting to clients on a wide range of organisational change issues. I am an accomplished facilitator, with experience at Manager and Senior Manager levels in analysing and enabling individuals and teams plan and implement actions aligned with strategic priorities.
I design and run training programmes in Managing People, Facilitation Skills, Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Coaching Skills and a range of other core competencies for Managers and Leaders. I regularly facilitate the successful processing of conflict within groups and between individuals. My trademark is the ability to listen to clients in order to get a clear understanding of their needs before designing a programme, which meets their requirements.
I currently derive 80% of my work from 20% of my client. This mix is based on a belief that establishing and building strong relationships with clients is the key to success for any consultant.
